Privacy policy for Simple Software APs' processing of personal data about business partners and website visitors
When you, as a contact person of suppliers or business partners, interact with Simple Software ApS (hereinafter “Simple Software”), Simple Software collects and processes a number of personal data about you. Similarly, we process personal data about you when you visit our website or use our applications.
In this privacy policy, we describe the processing of your personal data that is carried out as part of the above-mentioned processing.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. However, if you withdraw consent, the revocation will not affect the processing prior to withdrawal of consent.
4. Volunteerism
When we collect personal data directly from you, you provide the personal data to us voluntarily. The consequence of your failure to provide the above personal data is that we cannot conclude an agreement with the supplier or business partner for whom you may represent or are a contact person.
In addition, if you do not allow us to process information about you through the use of our website and/or application, we will not be able to adapt the website/application to your specific preferences.
Similarly, we will not be able to send you newsletters and keep you updated about our products and services if you do not allow us to process information about yourself for this purpose.
5. Disclosure of personal data
As a rule, Simple Software only transfers information about you to our data processors. In certain cases, Simple Software discloses personal data to relevant authorities when necessary — for example, to comply with a legal obligation.
6. Transfer of personal data to data processors
As a rule, we do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU and/or EEA cooperation. However, the transfer of personal data to third countries may occur through the use of our data processors. To the extent that information is disclosed to a data processor established in a third country, the transfer takes place on the basis of the adequacy assessment of the European Commission, standard contractual clauses (SCC) or one of the exceptions provided for in Article 49 of the Data Protection Regulation.

7. Retention period
Simple Software generally retains personal data about you for as long as it is necessary in relation to the purpose (s) for which the information was collected. If it is no longer necessary for us to process personal data about you anymore, it will be deleted.
We retain personal data for as long as it is necessary for the relationship with business partners, including the provision of our products and services, and for the establishment, determination or defense of legal claims. Upon termination of cooperation, necessary information is retained for 5 years from the end of the financial year in which there was last a sales transaction with the cooperating partner.
Personal data that we process for the purpose of sending newsletters or the like will be stored until you withdraw your consent, but no later than 2 years after the date when the personal data was last used.

You have the following rights, with the exceptions provided for by the applicable data protection law at any time:

- Right to rectification of incorrect or misleading information

- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability (where the processing is based on consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract)

Right to object
You have the right - for reasons relating to your particular situation - to object to the processing of personal data where the basis is legitimate interests. Simple Software may then no longer process your personal data unless Simple Software demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended.
